
Survey Shows Top Support Expectations from Customers

For the last few weeks we have been collecting responses to our survey focused on learning customer preferences.Β
We received 68 responses and have gained some great insight that we'd love to share with you.Β π
Key Highlights:Β π
- The most popular channel to seek support on was live chat with 55.9% of the votes.π¨οΈ
- 45.6% of people are willing to wait for an email response within 24 hours.Β π§
- The time people are prepared to wait for someone to answer a phone call is up to 5 minutes which received 47.1% of the votes.Β βοΈ
- 75% of people are not against a brand utilising a customer service outsourcing company providing queries are handled efficiently.Β π
- We asked participants on a scale of 1-10 how much do they feel like a brand really knows what they want as a customer when they're seeking support, the highest score was 7/10 with 33.8% of the votes.Β π€
We also asked participants to share examples of when brands are getting their customer service right, so we'd like to honour all of those brands here and say a big well done! We can all learn from their practices to deliver better support for our customers. AMAZING WORK!Β β€οΈβπ₯
