Our Story 📖
Ticket Buddiez was created after our founder Emily grew frustrated with the current offerings within customer service outsourcing. She knew that there was demand in the market for more flexible and forward thinking customer service solutions hence the birth of our company. 😎
Since launching earlier in 2024, we have continued to go from strength to strength. We've partnered with some top agencies and businesses within the customer service space to expand our network and stay ahead of trends with changing technology and best practices.
We were chosen as a Small Business Sunday (SBS) winner which is an initiative run by serial entrepreneur and Dragons Den resident Theo Paphitis. 😍
We have also been incredibly fortunate to have secured a finalist place at the 2024 Great British Entrepreneur Awards in the Early Stage Stand Out in Wales category. ❤️
